We are proud to announce that, for the 4th year running, we have achieved a score of 100/100 in the Gender Equality Index.
From 2019, every year on March 1, French companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their gender equality index.
The Index has been designed as a practical tool for advancing equal pay within companies. Rated out of 100 points, the Index is measured using 4 indicators if the company has up to 250 employees, or 5 indicators if it has more than 250.
By March 1, 2025, 80 % of the companies concerned had published their rating.
The average rating declared by companies is still rising slightly to a high level, with 88.5/100 in 2025, compared with 88/100 in 2024.
94 % of companies have a score equal to or greater than 75/100, up 1 point.
As last year, only 2 % of companies scored 100/100 (i.e. 560 companies).
