• Reporting to : Report to Practice Leader or to CTO.

Position objective

The Tech Leader Microsoft Cloud Architect for the Azure Data & AI Practice is responsible for the designthe supervision Data & AI solutions, and technical leadership on data and artificial intelligence projects. He/she guides teams in implementing solutions DataOps, BIand AI on Azure, while ensuring customer satisfaction and best-practice project delivery.

Main responsibilities

• Design and Supervision of Technical Solutions designing cloud architectures for projects Data & AIusing Azure services such as Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse Analyticsand Power BI. Ensure that data solutions meet customer needs in terms of scalability, performance and security.
• Technical Coordination and Leadership Project management: guide and supervise technical teams, ensuring coordination between internal teams and customers to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Results Manager and Customer Interface To be the main contact for technical aspects, ensuring customer satisfaction while guaranteeing efficient delivery in line with defined objectives.
• Pre-sales and management Participate in pre-sales activities, prepare and present detailed technical proposals tailored to customer needs in terms of Data & AI.
• Project Management Supervise several simultaneous projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and technical specifications, while maintaining rigorous monitoring.
• Innovation and Technology Watch Staying at the forefront of technological innovation Data & AIby participating in conferences, conducting in-house research and integrating emerging technologies such as Microsoft AI, Azure AIand Microsoft Fabric.

Skills required

• Techniques :
  • Expertise in architecture design and implementation Data & AI on Azure.
  • Mastering environments Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse Analyticsand BI solutions such as Power BI.
  • Experience in data management, data governance with Microsoft Purviewand in the integration of artificial intelligence solutions with Azure AI and Microsoft AI.
  • Solid skills in the use of Microsoft Fabric for data integration and advanced analysis.
• Leadership and Project Management :
  • Skills in technical leadership and in technical team managementwith experience in project management Data & AI complex.
  • Proven experience in cloud project managementWe're also responsible for the coordination of teams, meeting deadlines and budgets, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Resource managementwith the ability to organize, supervise and optimize project teams.
• Certifications : Microsoft Azure certifications at Data or AI (e.g. : Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate) are strongly recommended.
• Languages : Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Training : BAC+5 degree, engineer or university equivalent in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or relevant technical field.
• Experience : Minimum 8 years' experience in solution design and implementation Data & AI on Microsoft Azurewith at least 3 years in a management role Tech Leader or technical manager.
