• Reporting to : Report to Practice Leader or to CTO.

Position objective

The Tech Leader Microsoft Cloud Architect for the Safety Practice is responsible for designthe supervision cloud security solutions, and technical leadership on cybersecurity projects. He/she guides technical teams in the implementation of solutions Microsoft Defender, Sentineland other safety tools, while ensuring that solutions comply with safety standards and meet customer needs.

Main responsibilities

• Design and Supervision of Security Solutions : Design and supervise technology-based security architectures Microsoft to guarantee the security of customers' cloud infrastructures, including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentineland Microsoft Entra.
• Technical Coordination and Leadership Guide technical teams in the implementation of cloud security solutions, ensuring project consistency and the proper execution of technical plans.
• Results Manager and Customer Interface To be the main point of contact for technical aspects of safety, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and compliance of delivered solutions with defined objectives.
• Pre-sales and management Participate in pre-sales activities by preparing and presenting customized technical safety proposals, while managing projects to ensure delivery on time and in line with customer requirements.
• Project Management : Oversee several cloud security projects, guaranteeing that deadlines, budgets and technical requirements are met, while ensuring rigorous management of resources.
• Innovation and Technology Watch Remain at the forefront of cloud security innovation, testing new technologies and taking part in conferences and workshops to constantly improve the security solutions we offer.

Environments and Technologies

• Identity and access security : Microsoft Entra.
• Surveillance and Protection Microsoft Defender (EDR), Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM).
• Governance and Compliance Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Priva.
• Device and application management Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Skills required

• Techniques :
  • Expertise in designing cloud security architectures, with solid skills in tools Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentineland Microsoft Entra.
  • Mastery of data governance and compliance with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Priva.
  • Experience in environmental management Microsoft Endpoint Manager to protect and manage enterprise devices and applications.
• Leadership and Project Management :
  • Skills in technical leadership and in technical team managementwith the ability to manage complex security projects.
  • Experience in project management cloud and security, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects on time and on budget.
  • Resource managementincluding the organization and optimization of project teams.
• Certifications : Microsoft Security certifications or similar (e.g. : Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are strongly recommended.
• Languages : Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Training : BAC+5 degree, engineer or university equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, or relevant technical field.
• Experience : Minimum 8 years' experience in designing and implementing cloud security solutions, with at least 3 years' experience in technical leadership or safety project management.
