Business Unit Process Intelligence

The Process Intelligence BU supports its customers (major groups and SMEs, in France and abroad, in all sectors) in the scoping, design, development and deployment of process optimization solutions such as process mining and intelligent process automation, using tools such as Celonis, UiPath, Make, ABBYY, etc.
Our consultants are involved from start to finish in the optimization and transformation of processes using Process Intelligence: scoping phases, process selection and definition of KPIs, solution design (data extraction, data transformation, dashboard construction, etc.), process analysis to identify areas for optimization, implementation of optimization levers, support for change and adoption of business and technological solutions,
transformation management, large-scale mobilization of the organization...

Senior Consultant in the Process Intelligence BU

Role and responsibilities :

You will be involved in the entire life cycle of our projects to :

• Play a key role in major transformation programs involving the process
  mining to ensure the best possible solution to customer problems
• Use tools such as Celonis to identify process inefficiencies and understand their causes.
  root causes, always in close collaboration with the customer
• Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve inefficiencies
  processes
• Fully exploit the capabilities of Process Mining tools by setting up advanced analyses, optimization models and customized dashboards
• Laying the foundations for value creation to ensure long-term customer success
• Support business development activities with your expertise in
  process intelligence and mining for customer workshops, marketing events and tender responses

Your qualities and qualifications :

• Trained as an engineer in computer science, mathematics or equivalent (bac +5), you have at least 4 years' experience in data analysis and/or process mining.
• Desired professional experience in Consulting or within a Business Division in an Operational Excellence function or similar field.
• Understanding of business processes, ideally through practical experience in an industry sector
• In-depth mastery of one or more market-leading process mining tools, such as Celonis or UiPath, with hands-on experience in configuring, building and using advanced analyses with business teams
• Skills in SQL and/or PQL (Process Query Language), ideally skills in programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) with at least 2 years' practical experience
• Ideally: proven expertise in the development, deployment, customization and integration of RPA or Low Code solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines
• Motivated, proactive, able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks to keep up with parallel projects
• Good interface, ability to synthesize, ability to present analytical work in a way that is comprehensible to a varied, non-expert audience
