IT Sales Manager (M/F) in Casablanca

We are recruiting an IT Business Engineer to work closely with Silamir Afrique's General Management in Casablanca.

Job description

• Contribute to the operational implementation of the sales strategy for Morocco
• Be responsible for opening new accounts in Morocco and Africa, across all business sectors, in line with the Group's vertical areas of expertise (Tech, Data, Cybersecurity, Process Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, Product & Project...).
• Create and maintain a relationship of trust with customers, so as to develop portfolios and create new entry points
• Continuous immersion in the field with prospects and partners, through meetings, visits, participation in events, etc. 
• Work closely with the "recruitment on assignment" team to communicate and define needs and related strategy, in relation to the commercial pipe of assignments to be filled. 
• Manage and control business margins and profitability to contribute to Group growth
• Manage sales performance using CRM tools, and draw up and supply dashboards to manage sales accordingly.

Profile:

• Training Business school, general engineering school, Master's degree or equivalent
• Over 5 years' experienceideally in the sector of digital services companies, software publishers, integrators and other digital solutions
• Skills : 
  • Ability to prospect / canvass

  • Knowledge of the tech industry
  • Good command of the Google office suite 
  • English
