Silamir Group is now established in France, Morocco, Eastern Europe and the UAE.
Missions :
- Co-constructing sales strategy and development priorities: managing and coordinating relations with customers and prospects, implementing strategy in terms of sales objectives and action plans.
- Be responsible for opening new accounts and developing new opportunities with existing customers, using Growth Hacking methods in particular.
- Create and maintain a relationship of trust with customers and follow up with consultants on their assignments and careers.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to communicate and define needs and development strategy
- Participate in candidate interviews to qualify candidates according to the issues and the customer context
- Manage and control business margins and profitability to contribute to Group growth
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service by being a driving force behind proposals.
- Manage sales performance using CRM tools, draw up and supply dashboards to manage sales performance
- Provide feedback to operational teams on the performance of services, so as to enrich the service offering and sales strategy.
Profile:
- Training Business school, general engineering school, IEP, Master's degree or equivalent
- Over 4 years' experienceideally in the sector of ESN, software publishers, integrators and other digital solutions
- Personal qualities Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, autonomy, taste for commercial challenges, good interpersonal skills and customer contact. Analytical skills, rigor, organization
- Skills :
- Ability to prospect / canvass
- Writing skills
- Knowledge of the tech industry
- Good command of the Google office suite
- English
Compensation :
