Job description:

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate in-depth technical expertise and have a cross-functional vision of projects, ensuring consistency between the various technical and functional components on our projects. The Tech Lead/Architect will be responsible for the technical management of a development team, acting both as mentor and guarantor of the technical quality of projects.

Responsibilities :

• Design and define overall project architecture, taking into account technical, functional and business requirements
• Be able to implement the proposed solutions and ensure their expertise vis
  to teams
• Guarantee the integration and interoperability of the various software bricks and infrastructures.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, security and business teams to ensure the success of projects
• Act as the technical reference for architectural aspects (urbanization, modularity, scalability, performance, security)
• Anticipate technological developments and propose innovative solutions in line with the company's strategic objectives
• Help define best practices in IT governance and risk management
• Continuous technology watch to identify market trends and opportunities for improvement

Skills required:

• Experience in information systems architecture (2 years minimum)
• Mastery of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps technologies
• Solid knowledge of databases and security standards
• Ability to see the big picture and anticipate short- and long-term impacts on
  architecture
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with multidisciplinary teams (technical and business)
• Strong ability to analyze, synthesize and make decisions

Profile required:

• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science.
• Ability to work in complex, high-pressure environments
• Initiative and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Sense of responsibility and leadership
